Sunset Court is located in Chambersburg and provides a country setting, while being a short distance to downtown Chambersburg. We offer 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes. The homes are freshly painted, have your major appliances that include range, refrigerator, dishwasher and all mini blinds. We have 24-hour emergency maintenance service, onsite laundry facilities and off street parking. The water, sewer and trash expenses are included in the monthly rental amount.
