Application must be printed on one side of paper only; do not print on front and back. Must include all pages of application.
Please call to schedule an appointment to return completed applications and all accompanying paperwork. Applications must be returned to Luminest Community Development Administrative Office Located at 82 W. Queen Street Chambersburg, PA 17201.
There is a $15 non-refundable application fee for each adult household member and is due when the application is received.
